Sammie Okposo is an award winning Nigerian gospel artist. He is also a music producer and entertainment. Sammie is the CEO of Zamar Entertainment.

Currently, the musician is said to be the richest gospel artist in Nigeria with an estimated net worth of $750,000.

Sammie was born in Delta state on the 30th of May 1971. His music career took off in 1995 and has since grown rapidly over the last two and half decades. He makes most of money from live performance in gospel shows, album sales, and music production.

She began singing in 1989 as a hobby but she didn’t pursue it as a career path until much later in her life, while working as a staff and choir member in Christ Embassy, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s Church.

Some of her hit songs include tracks like Way Maker, I Know Who I Am and Great Are you Lord, Rejoice, He Did It Again, Precious Jesus, The Name of Jesus, This Is my Season, Awesome God, For This, I Stand Amazed, Simply Devoted and Jesus is Alive.

The musician began his music career in 1997 after he was involved in an automobile accident which damaged his spinal cord and confined him to a wheelchair. He released his first album (Bitter Experience) a year later in 1998 and it was this album brought him into the limelight.

Ayefele grew up in Ekiti State but he later enrolled at the Ondo State College of Arts and Science in Ikare Akoko, Ondo State, Nigeria. After his education, he worked briefly as journalist and broadcaster at the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, Ibadan, where he also produced jingles and musical works on radio.

The musician also owns a radio station, Fresh FM which is the location of his studio, Ayefele’s Music House. The building was demolished in August 2018 by the Oyo State Government. The musician revealed that the property was worth over N800 million. The radio station now has a branch in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

He became a member of Christ Embassy in 2006. Eben started off as a rapper. Also, he was a studio background vocalist at some point.

Tope Alabi is unarguably the most popular Yoruba language gospel artist in Nigeria.

Njideka is the lead vocalist although; she was introduced to music by her husband, Prince Gozie Okeke.
