The musician began his music career in 1997 after he was involved in an automobile accident which damaged his spinal cord and confined him to a wheelchair. He released his first album (Bitter Experience) a year later in 1998 and it was this album brought him into the limelight.

Eben is married to Jahdiel, a Nigerian gospel musician and they are blessed with a baby boy.
8. Tope Alabi
Tope Alabi is unarguably the most popular Yoruba language gospel artist in Nigeria.
She is quite popular in South West Nigeria and she is sometimes called ‘Ore ti o common’ and ‘Agbo Jesu’.
